The Franklin Community High School Athletic Department will be hosting an Athletic Physical night on April 25th at 5:30pm.

Physicals will be completed by Johnson Memorial Hospital personnel and will only cost $20.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to get your physical done cheap and early.

As a reminder: Athletic Physicals, Concussion and cardiac arrest acknowledgements need to be turned in prior to the first day of summer workouts. This is a school wide requirement. If your athlete does not have their physical turned in, they will not be allow to participate in workouts until a physical form is on file with the athletic department.
